my Wife bought Caprese salmon burgers. So I topped them with mozzarella, tomato, basil, and a balsamic reduction. I put mine on a lightly toasted Brioche bun. Side of mashed sweet potatoes and baby Lima beans. Mmm delish.
She doesn’t eat much since the surgery...

I get that stuff occasionally. I use Fairlife milk and eggs. It’s kind of dense for pancakes but I don’t get the carb hangover.

Kolbossa with sauerkraut, with Ukrainian garlic pierogi’s on the side.
Condiments include Grey Poupon for the kolbossa, and sour cream for the pierogi’s.

Oh that makes me miss the Folk Festival in the west end of Johnstown. Little babushka making handmade pierogi and some of the best smoked sausages ever...
